Software License Agreement (EULA)
for NetHood Creative

§ 1 Scope
These End User License Agreement (EULA) supplement the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of NetHood Creative and govern the use of all software products developed and distributed by NetHood Creative. By installing, activating or using the software, the customer accepts this EULA.
§ 2 Grant of License
Upon full payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the software according to the purchased license. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with NetHood Creative.
§ 3 Trial License
A paid Trial License may be offered for selected products. The Trial License is valid for 14 days and allows testing of the software under production conditions. After expiry, the software may only continue to be used after purchasing a valid Pro License.
§ 4 Pro License
A Pro License is valid for one production domain only. Every additional domain requires its own license. Development, staging, localhost or test installations are not covered unless explicitly offered for a product.
§ 5 License Term
The Pro License is valid for one year from activation. During this period the customer receives access to updates, Pro features and support. After expiration, access to Pro features, updates and support ends. If the product provides a free edition, the customer may continue using the free functionality. Reactivation of Pro features requires purchasing a new Pro License. Licenses do not renew automatically.
§ 6 License Activation
License activation and management are performed using LicenseDock. Technical information required to validate the license may be processed.
§ 7 Updates
Updates are provided during the validity of the Pro License. NetHood Creative determines the content, scope and timing of updates at its discretion. There is no entitlement to future features.
§ 8 Support
Support is available only for customers with a valid Pro License unless otherwise stated. Support includes installation, licensing and product-related questions. Custom development, server administration, third-party modifications and Joomla training are excluded.
§ 9 Prohibited Use
The customer may not use the software without a valid license, exceed the licensed number of domains, share license keys, rent or resell the software, distribute it publicly, bypass technical protection measures, manipulate licensing mechanisms or remove, alter or bypass mechanisms used for license validation, activation, update delivery or integrity verification.
§ 10 Reverse Engineering
To the extent permitted by applicable law, reverse engineering, decompilation, removal of protection mechanisms, extraction of source code or use of the software to create competing products is prohibited. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
§ 11 Compatibility
The software is developed for supported Joomla and PHP versions. NetHood Creative strives for broad compatibility but cannot guarantee compatibility with every Joomla version, PHP version or third-party extension. Changes made by Joomla or third-party vendors may affect compatibility.
§ 12 Third-Party Services
Some products integrate third-party services such as Didit.me. NetHood Creative is not responsible for the availability, API changes or discontinuation of third-party services.
§ 13 Breach
In the event of material or repeated violations of this EULA, NetHood Creative may suspend licenses, disable updates, terminate support and revoke license rights.
§ 14 Liability
Liability is governed by the General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
§ 15 Final Provisions
German law applies. If any provision of this EULA is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected and the statutory provision shall replace the invalid one where applicable.
