NetHood Creative - General Terms and
Conditions (Draft)
1. Scope
These Terms govern contracts between NetHood Creative and customers for digital
products, Joomla extensions, software licenses and related services.
2. Contract Subject
The shop supplies digital software, license keys, downloads, updates and
documentation only; no physical goods are delivered.
3. Contract Formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer. The contract is concluded when the order is
accepted or the download/license/customer account is provided.
4. Customer Account
A customer account is created automatically after a paid order. It is used for
downloads, license management, updates and support. Customers must keep
credentials confidential.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices shown at checkout apply. The business operates under the German small
business scheme (Section 19 UStG), therefore no VAT is shown. Payment methods
include PayPal and Stripe.
6. Digital Delivery
Software is delivered digitally through the customer account after successful payment.
7. Trial License
A paid 14-day Trial License may be offered. After expiry, Pro features may no longer be
used unless a Pro License has been purchased.
8. Pro License
A Pro License is valid for one production domain for one year. After expiry, Pro
features, updates and support end.
9. Software Use
No development, staging or localhost license is included unless explicitly stated.
10. Updates
Updates are provided during an active Pro License. There is no entitlement to future
features.
11. Support
Support covers installation, licensing and product-related questions. Custom
development and server administration are excluded.
12. Withdrawal
For digital content, the statutory withdrawal right expires once the customer has
expressly consented to immediate performance, acknowledged the loss of the
withdrawal right, and the digital content has been made available, in accordance with
applicable law.
13. License Misuse
Sharing license keys, exceeding licensed domains, bypassing protection measures or
manipulating license mechanisms is prohibited.
14. Third-party Services
Products may support services such as Didit.me. NetHood Creative is not responsible
for third-party availability or API changes.
15. Compatibility
Compatibility with all Joomla, PHP or third-party extensions cannot be guaranteed.
16. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
17. Liability
Liability is limited as provided by German law and the accompanying EULA/Terms.
18. Governing Law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
